Our District has put together a webpage focused on equity resources: "As a District, we want to engage with our community and take the necessary steps to address systemic racism and injustice in our schools. We hope to have open conversations and communication with our parent, student and staff community to reinforce the importance of this work and the ongoing efforts it will take. We have created this webpage with resources for parents, students and staff to engage in these conversations to work towards creating a more inclusive and welcoming community for all students. We will also continue to examine the best ways to create safe spaces for students to feel heard and welcome on campus."

 

 

 

A list of the rights and responsibilities you have as a parent or legal guardian of a child in public school is available on our CUHSD webpage. The rights and responsibilities listed are granted by federal or state laws, regulations and court decisions. Each section has been updated and revised (as of July 2021) to incorporate new laws and policies, and are supported by the policies of the CUHSD Board of Trustees.
