Guest Passes

To bring a guest to our school dances, the front page of the following form must be submitted to the Student Store by the MONDAY before the dance. Once submitted and signed, you may purchase a ticket for yourself and your guest at the student store. The Activities Director & Assistant Principals will sign the back of the form for our own records.
