Guest Passes

All PHS Students are welcome to bring one guest to our dances. All guests must have an approved GUEST PASS for each dance they attend. Hard copies of this guest pass are available at the Student Store during break and lunch.

Guest tickets are only sold until Wednesday the week of the dance.

To bring a guest to our dance, please follow these instructions:
  1. Retrieve a hard copy of the guest pass from the student store, or print one at home.
  2. Read all Prospect High School dance rules and policies on the back of the guest pass.
  3. Fill out yours and your guest’s information. Get your own parent’s signature.
  4. Get your guest’s and their parent’s signature. Please do not take photos. If you need to send your guest pass digitally, please either fax or scan it to your guest. Blurry, resized, or illegible guest passes will not be accepted.
  5. Have your guest get their school administrator’s signature.
  6. Once you have received all other signatures, please visit your Assistant Principal and ask them to sign your guest pass.
  7. Once your Assistant Principal has signed your guest pass, please see the Activities Director in the Activities Office to have your guest pass signed one last time.
  8. Once you have collected all of your required signatures, please take this guest pass to the Student Store during break or lunch to turn it in. Once accepted by the student store, you’ll be able to purchase yours and your guest’s ticket. You may not purchase your tickets separately. Your guest may not come onto campus to purchase a ticket.
