Planning your Senior year is a critical step in meeting graduation requirements and aligning your schedule with your post-secondary goals. Review the presentation and deadlines below to ensure a successful transition to your final year.

Deadlines & Requirements
Forms must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Sunday, Feb 8th. Students who miss the deadline will have courses selected for them by their Counselor.
You must select between 5 and 7 year-long classes. Review your transcript and Credit Summary to ensure you are on track for graduation.

Timeline: 6 Months – 2 Years
Focuses on specialized hands-on skills through certifications or apprenticeships.
Examples: HVAC, Welding, IT Certs, Healthcare.
Timeline: ~2 Years
Earned at Community Colleges. Covers general education and provides a gateway to transferring to a 4-year university.
Timeline: ~4 Years
Earned at a University. The standard requirement for professional entry-level roles in Engineering, Business, and Education.
Timeline: 2 – 6+ Additional Years
Advanced study after a Bachelor's. Includes Master's (MA/MS), Doctoral (PhD), Law (JD), or Medical (MD) degrees.
