Honors and AP courses are a great way to challenge yourself to be college and career ready!

Below, you'll find information about the courses which have optional summer work. If your course is not listed, the instructor does not provide summer preparation.

(Note: Summer assignments are designed to help you prepare for the rigors of the upcoming curriculum.)

AP Biology

Course Summary: Recommended summer work to prepare for the upcoming AP Biology curriculum.

AP Calculus AB

Course Note: There is no formal summer assignment packet for this course. However, students are encouraged to reach out to the instructors if they would like preparation materials or have questions regarding the upcoming curriculum.

AP Calculus BC

Course Note: There is no formal summer assignment packet listed for Calculus BC at this time. Please reach out to the instructor directly for more information regarding course preparation.

AP Chemistry

Course Summary: Get a head start on the upcoming school year by reviewing foundational chemistry concepts and mathematical requirements.

AP Physics 1 & 2

Course Note: Students are encouraged to take the summer off!

AP English Language

Instructions: Please review the official summer work guide and download the required study questions for each text.

Course Summary: All students enrolled in AP World History for the 2025-2026 school year should complete the summer assignment packet to prepare for the first unit of study.
