homework policy

Honors and AP courses are a great way to challenge yourself to be college and career ready! Below, you'll find information about the honors and AP courses which have optional summer work. If your course is not listed, the instructor does not provide summer assignments.

Questions?  Contact Mrs. Rader

Your summer assignment is to rest, relax, and recharge.  It is recommended to look over your material from your math class during the last school year and make sure those skills stay fresh.  We will hit the ground running when we start school in August with new material right away.  Look over your old HW assignments, reality checks (quizzes), celebrations of knowledge (tests) and make sure you remember the material and are comfortable with the concepts.  Most importantly, do something for yourself this summer.  We had a heck of a year and you deserve some time to do what makes you happy.  Doing math makes me happy ;)

If you want to do some work over the summer to keep your precalculus and trigonometry skills fresh, you can go to this folder to find some optional review material.  bit.ly/ABSummerWork
