SINGING SUPER: If you're a new superintendent looking for a surefire way to get on the good side of your students, you can't do much better than new Campbell Union High School District Superintendent Robert Bravo. The San Jose native performs in a "carpool karaoke" video that was made by a Prospect High class.

A la late-night host James Corden, Bravo sings in the clip with Del Mar English teacher Laura Hallinan, who was the district's teacher of the year, along to Sia's "Cheap Thrills" and Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling."

The video was made by Prospect juniors Chris Corpuz and Mason Tara, along with Miles Tara, who is a freshman at Cal State-Monterey Bay. They did it in about an hour around Westmont High, using three GoPro cameras and a drone. You can check out the video at

"Doing it in one take was impressive and made it much easier to edit," Prospect High video production teacher Frank Medina said. "The students had a really good time and were happy and excited to help."
