If you are currently in Int Math 2, strong in math, highly motivated, and interested in taking IM3 or IM3 STEM, the IM2 Challenge Test might be a good option for you! We will be offering the IM2 Challenge test to current students on:
Part 1: Monday August 18th from 2-4pm in Room 30, multiple choice format
Part 2: Thursday August 21st from 3-5pm in Room 30, free-response format*
- In order to move to Part 2, students must pass Part 1 with a 70% or higher.
Students must earn at least an 85% or higher on Part 2 of the challenge exam in order to move onto IM3 or IM3 STEM.
Students who pass part 2 of the IM 2 Challenge Exam will get credit on their transcript, at the percentage they earned on the exam. If a student earns an 85% on part 2 they receive a B on their transcript, which factors into your GPA.
