PROSPECTIVES - News and notes from the principal of PROSPECT HIGH SCHOOL
Welcome back, Panthers!
For those who haven’t met me yet, I’m Paul Pinza, and I am deeply honored to be the new principal at Prospect High School. I’ve appreciated and enjoyed the opportunities to meet with so many students, staff, and families throughout the summer. Everyone has spoken proudly of the great things we have achieved and passionately about how we can grow. I am committed to building upon our strengths and working closely with all of you to develop the “dynamic and engaging education” that prepares all students for college and career, just as our vision states. We had a great week, with our first joint meeting of the PTSA and Athletic Boosters last Tuesday, an ice cream social hosted by our Music program Thursday night, summer graduation, and the annual jamboree to kick off the football season. And, of course, students launched into classes, forging strong, positive learning communities in every classroom. The energy is palpable on campus, and I look forward to nurturing that positivity throughout the year.
