Biography

Ms. Bencomo has been an active community member with a rich history of volunteering in local schools, county-wide youth initiatives, and international youth empowerment groups. She is a strong advocate for anyone under 25, under-served, or under-represented.

As the College & Career Center Specialist, Ms. Bencomo is enthusiastic about working with teens as they plan for life after Prospect. All students are encouraged and welcome to attend workshops or presentations hosted by the College & Career Center. Students are invited to drop anytime by with any questions, comments, or concerns about post-secondary planning.

Ms. Bencomo, inspired by Prospect students, is currently in school earning a masters degree in Counseling & School Guidance at San Jose State University. She looks forward to better serving students in the community as they navigate their way through high school.

Parents are welcome every Monday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am to drop by the College & Career Center or to contact Ms. Bencomo directly.
