AS OF WEDNESDAY, MAY 12:
Message to Senior Families -
I emailed all your students that had filled in the seating Google Form for me about their seating assignment on the field for graduation. They were all notified if they would be sitting on the HOME or VISITOR side of the field, so that their designated family members can choose their seats accordingly. Did your senior NOT get an email from me? Then that means they did not fill in the Google Form, which I need ASAP! Please connect with your Senior for me, I would appreciate it! https://bit.ly/gradseating
NOTE TO A CHANGE** - With the potential for Santa Clara County to move into the Yellow Tier on Tuesday, May 18, we will be postponing the release of the seating reservation link to families until Wednesday, May 19 at 6pm. If the county moves into the yellow tier, that will allow our spectator seating to double, as we can move from 33% capacity to 67%. So, that means graduates could have 4 family members in attendance.
To prep for this potential shift, your Seniors were asked to please go back into the Google Form and update their submission with 2 extra guests (if you desire) - https://bit.ly/gradseating
REMINDER: we can only expand seating if the county reaches yellow tier on Tuesday, May 18 - if we do not, the 2 reserved seats per graduate will be the plan as we move forward.

Seniors Under the Stars
Saturday, May 22, 6-10pm in the stadium
A Senior-Centric event, with boxed pasta dinner to enjoy picnic style with your classmates (BRING A BLANKET!!), movie themed photo opportunities around the stadium, a DJ to start off the night while you catch up with friends - all in person! Vote on Senior Court for 2021 and end the night with a movie (Ferris Bueller's Day Off) under the stars.
Price is $25, all inclusive. No guests allowed - Prospect Seniors only.

Panther Sports Night
Tuesday, June 1, 5pm-7pm in the stadium
Athletes and their immediate family (2 attendees) are invited to celebrate the
end of the sports seasons with the Panther Athletic family!

Grand Awards
Wednesday, June 2 at 6pm in the stadium
Invited seniors will be recognized for their achievements on and off campus for the
2020-2021 school year.

Class of 2021 Commencement
Thursday, June 3 at 6pm in the stadium
Graduates are allowed 2 spectators at the event, and the graduation will be
live streamed through CreaTV for extended family and friends.
Graduates, please fill out this MANDATORY Google Form by Sunday, May 1 - https://bit.ly/gradseating
If you do not fill in this Google Form by Sunday, May 1st,
you will be assigned a seat for graduation.
Designated family members will receive a link to access assigned seating for graduation,
per COVID protocols, the week of May 12.
