Contribute

It takes a lot of resources to run our quality music programs and a little effort goes a long way to earn money for the program. As a non-profit organization, the Prospect Music Booster Club depends on the generosity of donors to help cover our operating costs. We thank you in advance for any support you can provide. The PMBC is a non-profit 501c(3) organization. Your contribution may be deductible for income tax purposes.
 
 
A suggested contribution of $250 per student will help us achieve our goal of building an exemplary music program. Together with various fundraisers throughout the year, your donation will help provide enriching musical opportunities for our music students.
 
Your contribution raises funds to cover the Music Department’s expenses, which include: 
 
music festival fees and travel expenses
guest clinicians
purchasing sheet music
purchasing school instruments/other equipment
 
Our students have the energy, passion, and talent! Please support them with the tools and resources that will help them achieve an even higher level of performance excellence!

How to Become a Donor 

Why Donate:  
Money raised is used to buy instruments, music, accessories, pay for professional instructors, bus transportation for all groups, music festival entrance fees and to assist so no child who has a passion for music is precluded from participating in the performing arts program.

By Check:
Make all Checks out to "PMBC" (Prospect Music Booster Club).  Make sure the check has your child's name on it.  Place it in an envelope with your child's name on the outside and the purpose for the donation, (ex: Instrument Needs or Student Suggested Contribution).  Place the envelope in the box in the bandroom or deliver it to the PHS office to be placed in the PMBC's box. 

By Cash:

By Credit or Debit Card:
Click on the square "Donate" link above and follow instructions.  
-When you are on the final step, click the blue "add special instructions to recipient" button and include Student's Full Name and the purpose of the donation, (ex: Student Suggested Contribution).

These items are instruments we need to keep up with the demands of our program. As you can see, these items are not cheap, but very well worth it. A music program always needs to continue to expand their inventory and to replace instruments as they wear out.
We have other needs such as purchasing cases, music, music stands, etc. But this is our instrument wish list.
