Aeries Registration/Emergency Card Update

Aeries registration/emergency card update is a process that occurs in late July each year for parents/guardians to update emergency contact information and review school documents. Every CUHSD student's emergency card needs to be updated on an annual basis and this process is completed by the parent/guardian online using the Aeries Parent Portal.

Every household should receive a letter from the District with Aeries Parent Portal login instructions in late July. The exact date for when the emergency card update process will begin is shared in this letter.

Residency Verification for Incoming 9th Grade Students

All incoming 9th grade students must verify their residency prior to the start of the 2021-2022 school year. This is in order to establish that you do live within the Prospect attendance area. You must establish residency before start of school on August 11th in order for your student to attend Prospect High School. Residency documents are submitted online using your Parent Square portal.

Link Crew Orientation

This year we will be holding a 9th grade Link Crew orientation on Wednesday, August 4th from 9:00am-3:00pm (this will include student registration in the afternoon).

Link Crew is a community building and transition program that helps incoming students make the adjustment to the high school environment.

Link Crew Leaders are a group of 100+ Junior and Senior students who participate in a two-day summer training which prepares them to welcome our incoming students to Prospect and help them feel a part of the Panther family. During orientation, Link Crew Leaders lead their group of students through various games and community building activities which provide an opportunity for incoming students to meet their peers. Link Crew Leaders also lead a tour of campus so incoming students can become familiar with where their classes will be.

A letter from Link Crew with details about the event will be mailed home at the end of July.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has released their Public Health Guidance for K-12 schools for the 2021-2022 school year (CDPH K-12 Guidance). As we prepare for the start of the school year and a return to full-day, in-person instruction, view highlights of the CDPH safety measures that will apply at Prospect and in all CUHSD schools this school year to keep staff and students safe.
