*If anybody needs books for summer assignments, they must be checked out on Monday, June 6th or Tuesday, June 7th between the hours of 7:00am-3:00pm. The book room is closed from 12:00-1:00pm for lunch.

AP Calculus: AP Calculus AB will be using the 5th edition Calculus: Graphical, Numerical, Algebraic AP Edition textbook by Finney, Demana, Waits, Kennedy and Bressoud. There is no formal summer assignment. However, you must be strong in the following skills before the first unit: identifying domain and range of a function; graphing polynomial functions, rational functions, sine curves, cosine curves, and up/down and left/right parabolas; identifying horizontal and vertical asymptotes; factoring and solving quadratic equations; and knowing and using the unit circle special angle values.
