Prospect Home Economics Department

Courses offered through the Home Economics Department prepare students for postsecondary education as well as life after high school. All courses count toward the Applied Arts requirements for graduation. Home Economics courses are aligned with the newly adopted Career Technical Education standards which allows us to be eligible for additional funding. We are utlizing this funding to provide the latest resources and to obtain 21st Century Technology for project based learning.
